The world has not developed any advanced teck ever. hourse and buggy is still the main type of travel. Brick, stone, wood, and concrete are the main building blocks for homes, roads, and other things like that.
The world has many different types of huminoid creatures. human beleive they are the best and enslave all other creatures for their own benifits.
The furry huminoid and reptilian huminoids are in conflict with each other also. but both are also fighting against the humans.
There is no magic or magical devices or gems in this world. Everyone is mortal and their is no religion or belief in gods.
Use the basic Char sheet for your char. also normal physics apply here. So if your sword if huge your going to have a hard time using it if you can at all and you will tire extreamly fast. remember heavy metals are heavy.

I'll stay out of this for now since the 2 I'm already in are so active. I just wanted to tell you that I had a verry similar idea. The only differences were that the humans and anthros were on the same side except for some racial conflicts, and the other side was a race of half reptilian/half insectoid aliens who were at war with a different race of anthros on another planet. Also they did have magic and tec.
It seemed kind of weird that they would be so similar since I thought that up over a month ago...
(Edit: by anthro I guess I mean furry humanoid. I'm correcting some spelling now) _________________

It is an interesting concept. To be... normal for the most part. I'll think this one over in my head and see if I come up with something.
Just a few questions. In regards to the anthros, can it be any imaginable animal or will we be sticking to the natural ones? ie they exist on earth now or existed in the past 1000 years. Damn humans and extinction. _________________ Sarcasm, just one more service that I offer.

I thought reptilians would cover things like dinasoruse. now if your thinking of being a DODO then i really sugggest against it. in this world nothing has become exstict yet just smaller in size if they were Dinosaurs to a regular huminoid size.
Mything creatures are also ok but not allowed to be bigger then Huminoid size. while their ancestors (such as dragons) may have been huge none of this day and age are that big.
Also since Shapeshifting would be considered to have magical properties and so would vamperisuam will not be allowed. also no were creatures like werewolves or werecats, ect.
Can a huminoid fly yes and no. Dragon type's cannot fly but can glide.
Bat types can fly but not for long distances.
Bird types can fly for long periods of time but bones are hollow and can be broken easily.
I think you get the Idea.
Cats are fast and agilie but can't handle hot foods or drinks at all due to sensative tongues.
When you create your huminoid you have to take in to affect the weaknesses of that type of animal they share a bond with. _________________ Don't make me beat you with my spoon.

Char Bio: She showed up as part of the Feline civilization as a rouge warrior. She faught with bravory defending the city against the naga tribe that would have destroyed the city. She faught with the naga all the way to the main feline encampment where the leader and his family where being kept safe. She ended up taking control of the ranks of what remained of the feline army. With her leadership they pushed the nagas back all the way to the sea where the nagas went into a full retreat. She was then asked to take a spot as the head general of the army. She accepted this role with little fight over it. she Is known to just up and dissappear from time to time but her second in command always knows what to do when she dissappears. Where she came from who she learned under and why she has different kind of weapons then anyone had ever seen. These are questions that noone's asked but all wonder. Sorry BB your skills are too broad. They need to be resticted more.
1. Great with most bladed weapons
2. Can wear any armor with ease
3. Knowledgeable of weapon's strengths and weaknesses
4. Knowledgeable of metal's strengths and weaknesses
5. Good at hunting
6. Okay with long range
7. Can make and repair weapons.
8. Can drink almost anyone under the table.
This is what you listed. Here are some problems with it.
1. the blade types are (short swords, long swords, Heavy and huge swords, Pikes and spears, Exotic weapons, and Throwing weapons,) only one is allowed to take up a skill slot.
2. The armor types are (light armors (noraml cloth type armor such as robes.) Meduim armors, ( normal Leather, chain, and scale type armors.) Heavy armor ( Normal heavy plate and dragon scale type armors) Excotic Light, medium, and heavy armors fall the same way as normal but are armors from other contries outside the normal one.)
3. Same problem with the #1. too many weapons for you to know their strengths and weeknesses so if you want to know multipule weapons strengths and weaknesses you have to pick the type of weapon and each has to take one slot.
4. Knowing this one is fine works well for a black smith. you just won't know armor or weapons strenths and weaknessas but you will know the weaknesses of stuff like Iorn bars and other objects like that.
5. this is fine. I would suggest survival skills. this is one of the few allowed that gives basic skills such as hunting and tracking in it. they aren't mastered type skills but they are enought for survival and to give you a basic idea.
6.Is fine just label it long range. None of your skills are going to be perfected yet. if they were then where is the growth for your char.
7.even thought you can make and repair weapons you will have more difficulty on weapons you don't know. and since it's really hard to know every weapon in the world. a weapon type that you are not experianced with will be difficult to repair or duplicate.
