each time you break a rule you will be given a mark.
5 marks and you are banned.
a mark will be taken away every month from those who have them.
I will still ban you if you keep on gaining marks and letting them go away just to gain more again.
I believe in forgiveness but if you don't learn you don't play it's that simple.
