Char Bio: He knows virtually nothing about his past other than he was part of a Soviet ‘Super-Soldier’ program called the SPARTICUS Program. His earliest memories are waking up from the programming pod and being released from the program. After a month in conscious rehabilitation, he was issued his weapons and sent to the field for combat against the insurgents. And now he is here....wherever ‘here’ is.....
(Main problem is finding weaknesses. and thus a lot of my characters are kinda 'godish'.)

Debated a long time over this but hey what the heck. Just to warn you he is (almost) a god-type character, am trying to work in some faults. Other than the unpredictable bloodwrath. Any help would be most appreciated so here he is:

Hair style: fur over his entire body except his tail

Length: about three to four inches long but he keeps it cut (ragged since he uses his claws or a knife) over his eyes
Eyes style: small pupils with a dark, almost black iris which changes to bright red when under the influence of the bloodwrath
Tattoos/distinctive markings: top teeth stick out a bit when his mouth is closed
Clothing: normally only his weapon pack (will be edited to fit RP standards although full kit is shown here) and a black leather belt. He always wears a small gold ring on a string around his neck in memory of his mother whom he believed dead when he found it. (See bio for more detail)

1- Tail: about 5 miles long all told but he has a matter compressor attached to his nervous system that keeps it to about four feet on average. Sort of has a mind of it’s own so he sometimes actually loses control of what it does (never got that part fully but hey)
4- Claws: 3.5 inches long when fully extended, sharp enough to cut through any solid material
2- 1.00 Calibre Machine Gun: anti-armour weapon adapted for infantry use. Complex gas return lines to minimise recoil although generally remains fatal for humans to fire it unsupported. Matter compressor clip in pistol style grip.
2- 50mm Type 3 BALLISTICS: capable of delivering High Impact, High Explosive, Biological, Chemical, and (theoretically) nuclear warheads. Matter compressor clip in pistol style grip
2- ‘Energy Grenade Rifle’: custom designed/built launchers for impact detonated energy grenades
2- Type 6 Plasma Pistol: big pair of pincers you hold in your hand...saw the shape on Lexx the 5 episodes I watched
2- Type 4 Plasma Rifle: think Covenant Auto rifles only really blocky (was slightly obsessed with Halo at the time)
1- 0.52 Sniper Rifle: floating barrel has been fixed, matter compressor clip in the stock

Armour: normally doesn’t wear armour but does own a set of native Jahorian battle armour. More or less a classic knight although a lot more fluid and organic looking (despite being made of titanium alloy). Doesn’t have a helmet and only covers the upper legs to the knees

1. Sharp shooting- never misses where he intends to place the bullet, knife, etc.
2. Regenerative abilities- still working the bug out of that one, but it’s basically slightly faster than Wolverine’s power.
Char Bio: Born and raised on Jahoria, his mother was a well known and respected new anchor who was official assassinated for her out spoken stories against the reigning dictator High King Noggo. During the struggle, when she was forcibly taken form their home by a group of imperial enforcers, his father was killed. Three years after that they ‘buried’ his mother an as he was only ten at the time didn’t realize the difference between an empty coffin and a full one. Growing up in various foster homes he had difficulty making friends. Since based on his time of birth, he was naturally faster, stronger and darker furred than other his own age. At twenty, he enlisted in a local security force and a few months later, the groups was disbanded and it’s members pressed into military service. Approximately a year after that, the pressed Andiron population released a rebellion against Noggo that had been brewing for years. During that time he took every opportunity to ditch his patrolling partner and built up a reputation for always completing his mission with a high degree of success. During this time he was captured and used in an experimental cloning procedure that left him hating everything the Noggo empire stood for and a clone he was to later befriend out of a goal to rule the galaxy. Six month into the rebellion Rattrap and his superior had a fight during a convoy operation days after a prisoner was captured. The superior lost a hand for it. Keeping in close contact with the prisoner, Rattrap eventually freed him and the pair made their way to the capital where they boarded a troop transport headed for the Andiron homeworld. On Andiron, the prisoner- Multi- ad Rattrap tracked down the scientist who had been responsible for Rattrap’s abduction. Scorpanox was as ready to defect as they were and the trio made their way off the plant and into obscurity. Rattrap grew tired of hiding and left Multi and Scorpanox to work for small time mercenaries Star Fox. It didn’t hold out as a steady job and he began operating as an independent mercenary and traveller. He found his way to Earth and spent several years working for a covert operations organisation called G.U.E.S.S. until their top agent was killed. I a but of slight depression, he returned to Scorpanox’s home. Eventually Noggo informants caught up to them and they left for Coruscant to meet with the famed, Jag Laskovich, a wanted ex-imperial officer who had worked with Scorpanox in the past. Between Coruscant and Earth, the Patrol was forged and hours after they had returned the presidents daughter to her planet, they were allied with Earth and en route to Reach. Along the way they intercepted a prison ship destined to Keldon- the Mys Imperial torture and slaughter house. There, they found Rattrap’s mother at the hands of the ‘Druids’ and they spent the next eight months later Keldon was free of the Druid scourge and the Patrol had gained four new members- Data, a droid built by Scorpanox, Marla Gonzales, and Blark and Honk Honk, a pair of Elites who bound themselves to the patrol as slip pilots. They had also gained a new ship and when they returned to Earth having sent the newly acquired Curtis to some allies to be repaired they found a completely new political situation. The United States had split up as had Vancouver Island. Today the Patrol exists as a multi-trillion credit company sustaining ten capital ships and one independent starbase. Rattrap retains his position as Chief Weapons Officer aboard their flagship the Commissioner, under Fleet Admiral Laskovich’s command.

well the fact that he's suppouse to be a god type thats a problem . In the main game even those who are gods are drasticly reduced in power something caused them to lose their powers and become weakend in the main games.

Honestly, he wasn't intended to be I just have a problem where I have touble finding faults in things. Originally the only thing that could kill him was cynide poison and his claws could cut any material including energy projections.....unless they appeared green.
And this from an actual rat that carried the tail wrapped around a giant stick (was my explanation when Dad asked me about it)?
Yeah.....it's a long WIP.
sadly enough all of 'em are kinda like that.....classic Indiana Jones invicible.

If I was to disect your char it would take me a week to point out all the problems with it.
You really can't or don't know how to play anything but all powerful chars do you.
I see this all to much gH and BB have similar problems. and it seams that the new guy that plays nagas is very similar.
While GH and BB are getting better at this I do beleive you and the Naga guy are going to need some help in this department.
Oh well. I'm sorry if you see me slaming you here but i'm not. I'm just pointing out what I see. I know I'm bad at this some times myself but this place isn't for those types of chars. in the main games they won't go over better.
Like the claws. can cut thru any solid mass I mean come on. thats just cheesy.

I find the best way to make a flawed character is to take your perfect character and pull them apart.
Think about when you were a child of around 6-8 years old. There wasn't a whole lot you could do compared to what you can do now, right? Your character can eventually become what you envision, but you have to start at the bottom. The character has to grow up by interacting with the other players and gain experience. With that experience, you can gain one of those abilities or features that you want your character to have.
Even if your character is as old as the hills, he still has to start from the bottom with every one else.
Take away the tail. Toss out the claws, which rats do not have retractable claws, so they would always be out. Yes even wererats don't have retractable claws. hehe
The gun? just turn it into a Glock or something more simple. Toss the warheads, nix the energy grenade rifle, extinguish the laser carbine, toss out the lightsaber, byebye plasma rifle and pistol, meh, keep the knife. Always good to have a melee and ranged weapon.
All that vehicle stuff? go aways. Keep the Neurolink. The armor should be reduced to something more practical. Chainlink is going to be closer to the easier moving aspect you mention.
Sharp shooting is fine. But never missing is not. He has a high skill, but he'll still miss from time to time. No one is perfect.
Regen, I would say is ok, but I would say he's capable of healing X amount a day. Not wolverine fast.
You could probably add a little magic or say he has great reflexes, high dexterity something reasonable.
That still leaves you room for flaws. Everyone has flaws. Let's say...mmm... His feet are a bit larger than normal, and he has a tendency to trip every now and then. He's got one eye, he lost a limb, afraid of heights, afraid of spiders... those kinds of things.
I know it can be difficult, and the desire to be the top dog runs inside all of us. But this is a group effort. We all work together to achieve the end results. No one is better than anyone else. (Except for the GM sometimes, especially when they need to make a point) Everyone is a piece of the puzzle.
And I agree with Deme. BB & GH have improved.

Just a side note about the bloodwrath: when it hits there's nothing to do but wait it out and curing that time he is completly beserk. Safest thing if you're in range is get hidden before your movement attracts him.
And yes he will injure himself if parts of him get in the way (shot his tail to shreds with the 1.00 cals in my story)

Tail only 8 feet (lot less than 5 miles agreed....besides what's a rat with no tail?)
Titanium alloy presents a considerable problem but can still be cut....very slowly
Tends to get overly excited when faced with combat....but no where near enough as Multi, who would snap a punch if you surprise him on a good day (not quite but awfully close.....results of racial traits and addiction to 'candies' Rattrap made out of cocaine as a prank)
Tactical, Grenade Rifles, one 1.00cal, BALLISTICS, Plasma Pistol, Plasma Rifle, lightsaber (still think it's a cool weapon); all gone.
Which leaves him with the .52 sniper, throwing knife and one hundred cal.
SF-16 drops the external hardpoints and halves the internal ones.
Mechon ditches S-S/A missiles, M-4 and TK-6. Boresaw changed to Mk3 (which can open like a claw)
What else?
(Damn, I feel like I'm losing a kid or something like that. And yet can't wait to see how badly you guys would murder the rest of the Patrol if I stuck 'em up here.)

Nothing can change his berserk state, but there will be things that can stop his momentum and movement. Things that can constrain him and prevent him from injuring others.
He's not god. And even the people playing gods in the RP have sealed away a lot of their powers.
In regards to tails, most rat's tails are = to their body size. Don't get bent if your tail gets stepped on though, or chased by some kitties.
I feel bad for all of you the day I post the rules to an RP I will run. Still hashing them out with the help of some friends.

Just for the hell of it, this is Multi Steiglitz, Rattraps best friend (one could asusme that to be his clone, but those two are black and white......Rattrap being the white):
Multi was born to a well known and powerful family. While most of his species exhibit strong boundaries between the different colours of their fur, his by far, was the strongest the Council had seen. From an early age it became apparent the little good would come from the youngster. Andiron cubs are happiest when they believe that the mischief they get into is unobserved. Multi was happiest when no attention was toward him. Happily he played alone and soon began a troublesome phase that lasted until he was sent away from his home in early adulthood. He became a thief. During his travels he had the misfortune to fall prey to Noggo’s strict laws. All supposed criminals were to be killed immediately and without question. While he escaped death several times he was finally captured. This proved his liberty as Rattrap, the local ‘sheriff’ freed him when he defected to the rebel movement. From Jahoria, they were eventually captured by Andiron rebels and Multi was presented an opportunity to repay the life-debt he owed Rattrap, thus saving him from certain death. Soon after finding passage off planet, the pair met with Jag and Scorpanox, who were also fleeing Noggo’s wrath. When the group fled from Coruscant, in the stolen cruiser Fisher King, they began a massive campaign against the evil that had been revealed to them through Noggo. While the Fisher King was returned upon purchase of the Commissioner, it was the Siberian Patrol’s original ship in their fight for galactic peace.

Bio: I was born in a city about ten miles out from the Saraphus Plains and spent many hours exploring the ravine behind our house with my older brother, Col. When he turned eighteen, he joined the military and I saw little of him in the following years. In my second year of university (Majoring in Archeology), I went to a dig site with one of my profs. There we discovered an ancient scroll that described abilities of a magical sort. I researched further and soon became engrossed by the study. After finishing school, I travelled to Earth and within six months, I had found the key to unlocking the magic. I purchased a .45 to keep my home secure and also trained with the sword I had inherited from my prof. As my skill grew, I tampered with more and more until I cast a spell that took me to a world between worlds. Now I can enter any timeframe, but my own.
Again, I fail at strengths and weaknesses.....argh.

The ‘Will’
Basic rules and principles of the Will:
The Will must be focused before it is used and must be used quickly to prevent needlessly tiring the user.
2. Actions are affected by range and size. For example it takes more effort to life something a mile away than the same object a few metres and less still if the user can touch it. Entire mountains can be moved through the Will but such requires immense effort and energy.
3. The Will is tied to the action until completion or the user exhaust their energy store. If said store is exhausted, the user will die.
4. Although item can be made, it is impossible to ‘unmake’ something. Attempts to do so will result in severe stress to the fabric of existence and the spell will rebound on the user and they themselves will be unmade.
5. Certain spells can discern the material contents of an item. Others can convert matter into another form (such as lead to gold) but such requires unbroken concentration and large amount of energy.
6. Energy for actions can be stored in crystals or gems for later use. Higher quality stones will yield larger stores. Enchanted non-crystal material can also be used but the stored energy will bleed off over time. Energy can also be extracted from other living things but the range of extraction is limited by the users ability.
7. Use of this ability can be naturally detected by other users in the form of ‘noise’ heard in their heads. Competent users are able to diminish the noise generated but they are also more sensitive to it’s use by others.
